Born in Co. Monaghan in Ireland, Brianan is an ARCH trained naturopathic nutritionist who is qualified in applying the practices of functional medicine. In addition, she is a certified Gut and Psychology Syndrome/Gut and Physiology Syndrome (GAPS) Practitioner.
A graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, Brianan went on to study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in the UK as well as the National College of Colon Hydrotherapy where she worked under Roger Groos. Brianan has worked at some of the most reputable clinics and detox centres in the UK including the Hale Clinic, and has spent nearly a decade conducting extensive research on stress and its effects on gastro functionality and other health issues. Brianan has also received extensive media coverage in relation to her GAPs, Allergies and Intolerances protocols.
